    This trip is limited to members with a wet exit certification (except for level 1 trips when the paddler is not using a spray skirt).  To successfully register you will need to sign into your OOPS member account, and your account will need to be a member of the "Wet Exit Certified" group.

    Activity Title: Cedar Oak to Goat Island with tow practice

    Narrative: Join Chris and I for my second mentored paddle. Come paddle from Cedar Oak boat ramp up to Goat Island. Let's work on that forward stroke. We will take a break on Goat Island. Who knows how this island was named ??? Circumnavigate the island and head into the back channel where we will practice towing by both contact and long tows. Rescues are always fun !!

    Dress for cold water immersion the water temperatures are dropping fast. Bring tow belts.
