I need to arrive at the launch by 7:45 at the outside latest in order to be ready to launch by 8:30.  That means leaving Otis around 7:30.  That means leaving my house by 5:30 if I even want to grab a cup of coffee there.  So, my current plan is to leave at 6 a.m. and go straight to the launch.  But I have a sometimes helpful, sometimes awful, habit of waking up at odd hours, so if I wake up "too early," I'll head to Otis and see if anyone else is there.
