Come join me and paddle the beautiful North Fork Reservoir on the day after Christmas. The lake has stunning vertical cliffs with multiple water falls and other scenery to match. As we paddle south into the narrowing Clackamas river, we will encounter some mild to moderate current which can be just plain fun to negotiate or we can turn before significant current and ride gently back. In any event put on your new holiday duds and launch your new boat or just come as you were and lets have fun in one of the most relaxing venues in the Northwest. We will put in at the newly restored and remodeled boat ramp and marina at Promontory Park.
