Some OOPS members work in law enforcement and may not want their name or pictures included in public postings.  These trip reports are visible to non-members as well as members.  Please ask people if you may post their pictures.

Organizers

Please fill out the Trip Report form found at the bottom at the bottom of our Trips Page.  Upon submission you will get an e-mail back with your responses.  Copy/Paste the parts you think are appropriate for public consumption into the message topic for your trip/class in the Trips Forum

NOTES:

• If there were any incidents that could potentially result in a suit against OOPS, please contact the OOPS Board IMMEDIATELY.
• If you had an participants on your trip who were a danger to the group or themselves, please contact the Board and do not post about this participant in any forum
• If there were any situations that made the trip difficult to lead (people, conditions, etc.), it may be appropriate to discuss those only in the Trip Organizers Forum (but remember, information that might help someone make an informed decision about paddling here is best kept public).
• For the general summary of the trip, information you might want to consider includes:.  How long did it take to get from A to B to C?  Any stops, play, etc. along the way?  Where did you take lunch?  Was it hard to find a good place to land?  What route did you travel, did you have to change the route, did you break into subgroups, etc.  Flowery prose, clean jokes, etc. are encouraged.  Write the information you would like to know ahead of time if you didn't know this location, and were considering paddling here.
