I think this requirement is mainly for longer trips where short boats would have a hard time doing the distance in a timely fashion.
"Spray skirts are required for this level 2 trip as are boats over 14' long."
Is this a new thing for OOPS? Should we let people know that they should be sure to get a boat 14' or longer to go on OOPS paddles? I'm a person with a shorter (slower) boat, and I'm just wondering how short-boat-friendly OOPS is. Maybe there's a club I'm better suited for. I'm open to suggestions.
