Brand new polyethylene Tempest 165 with indent in hull and soft section of hull. I brought this boat home yesterday and when I turned it to the hull there was a large indent around the area in front of the seat. Also, a bit towards the stern from the indent the hull material felt soft. This morning the indent was still there and the soft material felt a bit firmer. I'm thinking this is from bad storage and/or transporting before I got it. Has anybody run into this?
