I planning a sea kayak trip in Prince William Sound, Alaska, paddling from Chenega Bay to Whittier for a trip of 100 nm, give or take 10-15 nm with a 12-14 days duration depending on the route. The basics are to take the Alaska State Ferry from Whittier to Chenega Bay, Evans Island on June 6., and paddle back to Whittier. There are a hand-full of route variations, possible. Water is not a problem. Campsites are reasonably spaced. Animals are numerous. I'm looking at an average daily pace of approx 12 nm, which allows for some sight-seeing, exploring and possible weather days. If this interests you, email me.
