Narrative:: This will be a training class to enhance your low and high brace skills and to improve your capabilities with the assisted T rescue. The main focus is to go through the training that will give the paddler confidence in using these two paddle strokes and to perform the T rescue reliably and efficiently. Training will start on the beach and progress into the water. The paddler needs to have a good working knowledge of the two strokes and the T rescue, They must also have perimeter lines. There will be more discussion at the Saturday night get-together.
