Full Name::
Kerry Smith
Narrative::
This will be a scenic kayak trip in the lower Columbia River. Starting at the Longview WA, Willow Grove Park boat launch, we will paddle across the Columbia River to Bradbury Slough on the south side of Crims Island. We will have a lunch break at Gull Island on a sandy beach. Assuming there is enough water depth, we will explore the slough between Crims and Gull Islands. Afterwards we will continue upstream on the south side of Crims/Gull island to a scenic channel between Crims Island and an unnamed sandy island back to Bradbury Slough. After a brief break we will recross the Columbia River to the Willow Grove Park boat launch.
