Narrative: Arrive at the intersection of the Odlin County Park entrance and Odlin Park Road in time to leave at 8:15 am. We'll travel as a group to MacKaye Harbor Boat launch. Plan is to be at the boat launch by 8:45 am and be on the water by 9:30 am.

Launching from Mackaye Harbor Boat Launch, we’ll paddle west along the southern coast of Lopez Island, passing Jones Bay and Davis Bay and some small islands as we move towards Davis Point. After lunch at Davis Point we’ll head back east, checking out Charles Island and possibly Long Island, depending on conditions and time. The tides are in are favor as we’ll start out on a late ebb and return during the flood, Distance app. 11 – 13 miles. With breaks and lunch our trip should take between 4 -5 hours.
