Narrative:
I'm planning for a beautiful Easter Sunday on the lower Columbia. How could the weather not cooperate? I want to organize a shuttle for a one way float from Westport down river to Aldrich point - about 11nm. We will be launching on an ebb, so will get a small assist. I'm planning for about 4 -5 hours on the river with a stop or two along the way. Tenasillahe Island is an obvious place to land. I like the rural feel of the Clifton Channel. We will cross the shipping channel a couple of times.
About the shuttle: A real help if you can carry a second boat and/or passenger. Our shuttle is about 15 miles and approximately 22 min...Will make a plan at the put in. Please be at the put in at 9:00 to start the shuttle.
