Nehalem Bay

Paddling days will be Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Trip Organizers who have been approved to lead trips for the Event and partner will be able to register earlier.
Camping Nehalem Bay State Park
-All camping spots are RV spots at the park and include power and water. Many spots have parking pads over 40ft long making two vehicle parking feasible. Park has hot showers firewood and ice available on site. Full cell signal on many carriers.
Paddling Venues -multiple options (paddle days Friday/Saturday/Sunday)
Level 1 Lake Lyle in Rockaway (potentially areas in Nehalem/river bay and slough areas in Tillamook bay depending on conditions of the day)
Level 2 Nehalem Bay/Rivers , Tillamook Bay, Seaside/river Both bays and rivers have various available itineraries.
Level 3 Nehalem Bay mouth Wave play, potentially Tillamook 3 graces, (possible open coast if flat conditions)
Level 4-5 Nehalem Bay mouth, Short Sands, Ecola, Manzanita
A bit further Netarts, Oceanside and Cape Lookout are also potential venues. All level 3 and above trips would be condition dependent to the day and moment. As an oops event emphasis on L3 wave play in Nehalem bay would be the most inclusive and potentially rewarding venue for folks interested in dynamic water.
