Come explore this beautiful section of the Oregon Coast with us!
Bullards Beach State Park is located at the mouth of the Coquille River, two miles north of Bandon. The campground is nestled among shore pines and offers access to 4.5 miles of beach and the Coquille River lighthouse. There are warm showers and all sites have power. (And sometimes there is great agate hunting on this beach).
Two miles south of the campground is the charming town of Bandon. There you will find many options for food, a great coffee shop or two, a bookstore, art galleries and an active harbor front. Don’t miss Face Rock Creamery for ice cream or Cranberry Sweets for treats!
Paddling options abound, from rock gardening in Sunset Bay, which is 23 miles north, touring on the ocean, possible surf zone play at Bastendorf Beach, as well as Level 1 and 2 possibilities including several sloughs off of Coos Bay to explore, the Coquille river, and inland lakes, as well as the Umpqua river.
