Narrative:
Come join a relaxed pace Fall Color and Wildlife Viewing Paddle up the Lake River.
We will travel up the Lake River with the incoming tide.
Bring your binoculars and a camera if you wish.
Bring water, snacks and a lunch. We’ll stop to eat along the riverbank.
The colors are just starting to turn. We will most likely see geese and ducks, along with Great Blue Herons, White Egrets, and the possibility of Bald Eagles, various hawks, and Sandhill Cranes migrating through the area.
Around 2 pm we'll start back to the Kayak Launch with the slowly outgoing tide.
Please Plan to be a Pod Participant, so every one gets to enjoy seeing the wildlife.
