Full Name: Steve Blackwood
Narrative: If you are working on your roll this is a chance for you to practice with some spotting help and suggestions on how to complete the roll.

Requirements for the class are a face mask that covers your eyes and nose. A diving mask is best but if you don't own one you can get by with nose plugs, but I strongly urge you to get a diving mask. The first thing on getting a roll is feeling comfortable upside down in your kayak and not rushed.
Second thing is to watch this YouTube clip. HTTPs://youtu.be/YLxxI4GDE80?si=nYV2wvBsDeJPLe5H or any others you can find on YouTube. Watching videos helps you visualize how the roll works.
A helmet is required.
Optional equipment is earplugs if you have problems with water in your ears.
