Full Name: ken Sund
Narrative: Join Robin Rabinoff and Ken Sund for a Level 3 paddle at Cascade Head. Conditions should be mild enough to perhaps paddle out to the waterfalls and view the scenery out there. We will have other options depending on the stamina of the group and interest in seeing other features.
Bring helmet, drysuit, lunch, water snacks. We will paddle out through some breaking waves at the river mouth, possibly paddle north and land on big cobble rocks if the small cobble rocks are not visible at the low tide. A plastic boat is preferable to fiberglass but with care, fiberglass works well too.

Forecast so far looks like we might have a west swell of 2.7' at 7 seconds, a WSW swell of 1.8' at 11 seconds, winds from the west at 6kts. (this will change I'm sure) and waves hitting the launch area may be 2-3' and fair. (Surf Captain- Lincoln City surf forecast)

L-2 and L-3 Participants are always urged to review their own forecasts.
