A level 1 paddler requires no WEC. this ticket is for anyone.
Paddler Seeking Wet Exit Certification
Ticket for a paddler that wants to get their WEC on this paddle. Don't allow these if you don't want to do WEC on the paddle. MUST BE FOR LEVEL1 PADDLES ONLY as the person might not pass the test or you might do the test at the end of the paddle

Narrative:
Put is at Lieber Haven Resort. There is limited parking, so we need to carpool if possible. We will paddle through Obstruction Pass and out around the southeast side of Orcas to, Doe Bay. From there we paddle out around the Peapod rocks and back to Doe Island for lunch. After lunch we return back through Obstruction Pass to our put in.
It is about a 30-minute drive from West Beach to Lieber Haven Resort, we will need to leave the campground at 7:30 to be on the water by 8:30. Tides will not wait.
