Leader: Bob Freshman
Narrative: This trip will start at Beachside Drive, there is parking for about 12 cars with a gravel and sand beach for launching. We will then head south on Long Harbor towards Scotts Point before about a ¾ mile crossing to Prevost Island and our stop at O’Reily Beach. Prevost Island has some beautiful small bays to explore before we head back to Scotts Point on SSI and return to our takeout. Prevost is one of the most scenic islands in the area, I paddled to this island on an early OOPS trip based on Mayne Island. Total distance will be in the 8-10 range.
