  • Active club members with wet exit certification, including kayaking professional and lifetime. Provisional acceptance pending approval by the trip organizer.

Narrative: We will launch out of Southey Bay. and paddle over to Wallace Island. This is about 1 mile crossing with marine traffic. Paddlers Should be comfortable with open water paddling and me able to keep a 3-mph pace for the crossing. Once on Wallace Island we can stop a Chives Pint for a bio break, there is vault toilets. We will have lunch on the Island before we return to Southey Bay. Distance paddled will be about 9 miles.

Parking is limited so we will need to carpool.
