Full Name:Mark Niemann-Ross Activity Title: Deschutes River Arm Photo Excursion L1 (Lake Billy Chinook event) Date of Activity: 5/18/2024 Narrative: This is a photo expedition - in a boat! This is level one, and we'll stop frequently for photo opportunities. We'll launch at the Upper Deschutes boat launch, then paddle up to a scenic narrow area, stopping before we experience any current. We'll launch from the Deschutes boat ramp, then paddle south along the shore. Don't expect to make a lot of miles. This trip is a maximum of six miles, but we will likely paddle fewer miles than that.
