Florence Event - Level 1 Paddle-Cleawox Lake

To successfully register you will need to sign into your OOPS member account, and your account will need to be a member of the "Wet Exit Certified" group, if you intend to wear a spray skirt.  Your acceptance is conditional on approval by the Organizer, who may contact you with questions about your skills and equipment.
Narrative: Sign-ups are for Florence Event registrants only, please. Lilypads and sand dunes and woods. 90 min. three-mile round-trip up the east arm. Dunes on one side, coastal woodlands on the other. We need to park and launch at the boat launch area at the SE corner of the lake. It is to the left immediately upon turning onto the road which takes you to the north Day Use area. Parking is limited. Some of us may need to unload boats and park our cars a short walk away in one of the large Day Use parking lots. You’ll need a day pass or annual pass if you haven’t checked into a campsite. Bathrooms at the nearby larger Day Use lots.
