Narrative: This is a shuttle paddle. Several participants (ideally all) will need to be able to carry 2 kayaks on their cars for fairly short distance at moderate speeds (40 mph) -- i.e. don't need super rack system, foamies will be fine. We will put in at Fort Flagler State Park on Marrowstone Island, paddle down the outside of the island, round the Southern tip, continue through the Port Townsend Canal into Port Townsend Bay and take out at Lower Hadlock.
