Narrative: Skamokawa Event: Friday afternoon paddle. We'll launch at 1:30 p.m., explore Steamboat Slough, enter the Columbia at the south end of Price Island, and proceed upriver to the north entrance of Elechomom Slough. Return trip will either follow the same course, or, if the winds are moderate, follow the west side of Price Island back to the launch point. Could be wind dependent.
