This trip is limited to OOPS members who are WEC and already registered for the Mayne Island Event.

Narrative: Launch from Bennett Bay and paddle SE with Ebb assist along Mayne Island, on South side of Curlew and Lizard Island, through Robson Channel, then NE to Irish Bay on Samuel Island to Minx Reef and King Islets before stopping for lunch at Marine Park Reserve at Winter Cove and have lunch on rocks above Boat Passage. There will be no attemp to paddle Boat Passage. After a leisurly lunch, return with Flood assist past Irish Bay and through Georgeson Passage and North of Curlew Islandand back to Bennet Bay.
