A few questions on these certifications...

1. Does anybody in OOPS certify for BCU or ACA?

2. Is there a time where a certification of one or the other is required in any local events?

3.  For those who paddle in other countries and rent kayaks, have they ever required proof of certification?  I'm going to Denmark and they actually require BCU 2 certification (not ACA) if I want to kayak outside of their tour.  

4.  Is it worth time and effort to get either or both certifications (outside of our  own personal goal)?
