Narrative: This will be a fun and relaxed paddle around Ross Island, possibly going further upstream if people want to paddle more. We will start by doing a quick crossing over to Ross Island, paddling north along the west side of the Island, and coming back to eat lunch on the more protected and scenic east side. If people want, we can then continue upstream for a while and allow the current to bring us back to Willamette Park. Monday is shaping up to be a beautiful day (a high temp of around 70) and the only day without rain forecasted for a while, so come soak in some vitamin D with a good group. We will do a mid-late morning launch from Willamette Park, catering to everyone's sleep habits and morning routines. Parking at the boat launch is $6 for all day. So come join Joe and me for a fun trip.
