This trip is limited to OOPS members who are WEC (unless exempt under Activity Policy F.1). Registration will occur at a group meeting on site the evening before the trip takes place.
Narrative: We'll put in at 9:30 at Vista Park, paddle into the confluence area near the Highway 4 bridge, then go up Steamboat Slough past the thriving metropolis of Skamakowa, follow the shore of Price Island to the Columbia and let the river push us back to Vista Park.
